MEAT AND POULTRY

Nitta PVC belts have an excellent oil and grease resistance. Therefore they are widely used in processing plants for meat and poultry products. Although our Polyurethane belts are also very suitable for this industry, mostly a white or blue PVC belt will do. That is, as long as it is a Nitta belt.

These values are given for ambient temperature between -30°C to 30°C. The max. operating tempreture is 90°C for DEL / ROC belts, intermittent up to 100°C, 110°C if there is very little load onthe belts, and 70°C for DEL / Flex belts. A temprerature grater than 30°C reduces traction ratings given above; take safety coefficient or carry out a sample trial in situ.
